The data is backed up every 15 minutes, giving us the ability to quickly go back to any point in time down to the minute. The backups are also moved to our redundant backup servers where they are mounted for immediate usage in-case of an outage. This is why we have never been down.
All of our servers are hosted at Rackspace in Dallas, TX at a completely redundant Class A datacenter. It costs top dollar but your data is worth it!
