Service Technicians with their daily repairs can create a new potential Service Repair proposal for existing customers or new leads which can later be created into a proposal. This will help your company turn your technicians into salespeople to always be upselling your current customers and new leads.

Many of our customers have incentivized their technicians and it has been wildly effective. One of our customers, Johnson Controls, has drastically increased revenues for all of Latin America with this tool. Without a formal tool to track these potential sales, they slip through the cracks.

The user can login into their interface using any mobile phone with the tools available to them. They simply click on the tool to start the program.

Add multiple types of Service costs

As equipment is selected, tasking and sub tasking breakdown will summarize labor involved. Tasking can be exported giving the Technician a checklist to ensure all tasks are completed.  

Technicians have the ability to add Labor tasks, Material Costs, Parts from Live/Imported price lists, Subcontractor cost, Rentals, and view Summary.

Easy to view summary with ability to adjust Sell price quickly.

Ability to adjust the markup/margin of individual parts with an overall adjustment of Markup/Margin, Overhead cost, Freight %, Additional Freight costs and multiple taxes to give you a final Sell Price.

Once the technician has completed the proposal based on the total $ amount threshold they can either send the proposal to the customer directly or they have to request Manager Approval.

When submitting for approval to managers, user can set how fast they need a response and backup managers. So if the manager has not replied in the designated time it will automatically email the next in line without interaction.

Sales Managers can approve or deny with feedback comments to adjust proposal. Once approved the technician can then send out the proposal to the customer.
